PoliciesBody This section contains policies that are important to you as a University of California Education Abroad Program student. While the selection of policies is not intended to be all-inclusive, this section describes many of your rights and responsibilities as an EAP student.
The following policies implement various provisions of the University of California Policies Applying to Campus Activities, Organizations, and Students issued by the President of the University effective October 2009.
Prior to UCEAP participation, you must log on to MyEAP to read, sign, and submit the Student Agreement and Waiver of Liability. These documents are your informed consent and contracts with UCEAP outlining your obligations as a participant and understanding of official UCEAP policies.
