*Quarter-campus students will not be able to return in time for the UC winter quarter. Berkeley and Merced students will be able to arrange to leave in time to return for the UC spring semester, but this may require a restricted course selection or special arrangements with individual professors. In some case, exams run through mid-February. **Second semester courses end at the end of May, but exams may be given until the end of July. Schedule your return flight accordingly, leaving adequate time to prepare for exams. Exams are offered at least three times, and you may sign up for the date you prefer. |

Policies and Contracts
PoliciesInfo
PoliciesBody This section contains policies that are important to you as a University of California Education Abroad Program student. While the selection of policies is not intended to be all-inclusive, this section describes many of your rights and responsibilities as an EAP student.
The following policies implement various provisions of the University of California Policies Applying to Campus Activities, Organizations, and Students issued by the President of the University effective October 2009.
Prior to UCEAP participation, you must log on to MyEAP to read, sign, and submit the Student Agreement and Waiver of Liability. These documents are your informed consent and contracts with UCEAP outlining your obligations as a participant and understanding of official UCEAP policies. Read the contracts and the following policies carefully before departure.
