Requirement: Students are automatically enrolled in the University’s Student Health Insurance Plan, unless they complete a waiver form that provides proof of equivalent coverage, and it is approved.
Cost: Fall Semester: $709 (undergraduates); $838 (graduates)
Spring Semester/Summer*: $992 (undergraduates); $1,173 (graduates)
Billing: Each semester
Payment Deadline: August 21, 2013
Fall Semester: August 15, 2013 - January 14, 2014
Spring Semester/Summer*: January 15, 2014 - August 14, 2014
*If you are a registered student during Spring semester, your Spring SHIP fee provides coverage through the end of Summer.
Waiver Deadline: Students may return the waiver request form using the online form.
