Web Survey

The following web-based survey has been developed to collect information from campus academic units that will help guide academic integration initiatives. To distribute, provide the URL of the survey in a short email to a targeted group of staff or faculty. For tracking and evaluation purposes, forward these emails to the Universitywide Office of EAP (UOEAP), indicating when and to whom the survey was sent. UOEAP will then analyze the responses and provide a report.

Note: This survey will only work with Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Netscape 6.1+.

• General Academic Unit Survey

  Intended to gauge a unit’s disposition towards academic integration, the questions address the unit’s views of study abroad; the extent to which the unit’s students make use of EAP; and the unit's international education needs and goals. This survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete.
