Universitywide Office of EAP (UOEAP)

The Universitywide Office of EAP, a division of the UC Office of the President, establishes and operates EAP programs and coordinates EAP administration systemwide from its headquarters in Santa Barbara.

EAP staff are located on each UC campus and are a student’s primary contact for information and advising. Faculty and staff on each campus work closely with the Universitywide Office of EAP. 

The Acting Executive Director of EAP, Michael Cowan, is responsible for oversight of the Universitywide Office of EAP.

Each EAP Study Center is administered on-site by a UC faculty member or a designated host institution official who advises students on academic matters, assists with housing and specific problems, and coordinates cultural activities.
