Description
|
This is an intensive beginning intermediate-level course for students who have completed at least one semester or two quarters of university-level Chinese. The primary goal of the course is to build students' reading and basic writing skills, focusing on grammatical analysis. Students prepare daily reading or writing assignments. Grading is based on homework, quizzes, and class performance (15%); class attendance (15%); two midterm exams (30%); and a final exam (40%).
