Students with little or no German language background can take advantage of EAP’s intensive short-term language programs, offered at the first- and second-year levels. German remains a major international language of Central and Eastern Europe.

Students who already know German can study for a semester or a year in one of two of Germany’s most interesting cities: the new capital of Berlin—perhaps the most exciting European capital today—and Göttingen, a beautiful and historic university town with many houses dating back to the 1500s. Göttingen is only 45 minutes away from hiking and ski resorts in the Harz Mountains.
