Italy: Application Deadlines

EAP application deadlines for academic year 2008-2009 programs are listed below. Information on the application process is available through the Campus EAP Office.

In addition to the campus deadlines listed below there are deadlines by which the Campus EAP Office must submit the completed applications and accompanying materials to the Universitywide Office of EAP (UOEAP). For participation in the Program, it is critical that both campus deadlines and UOEAP deadlines are met. If the application is incomplete and not accompanied by the required materials noted, it will be returned to the Campus EAP Office.

Supplemental pre-departure materials will be required for many programs, including, but are not limited to, host institution applications, visa and housing applications, medical clearances, etc.

Summer Program

UOEAP DEADLINE: February 15, 2008

Berkeley: January 4, 2008
Davis: January 18, 2008
Irvine: January 22, 2008
Los Angeles: January 25, 2008
Merced: January 18, 2008
Riverside: January 14, 2008
San Diego: January 28, 2008
Santa Barbara: Rolling deadline. First date to apply November 7, 2007. Program open until filled with fully qualified applicants who submit complete applications. Application period closed January 17, 2008
Santa Cruz: Applications accepted on a first-come first-served basis within the application filing period: December 5, 2007 - January 24, 2008

Rome Fall Semester

UOEAP DEADLINE: March 7, 2008

Berkeley: October 5, 2007 - January 4, 2008
Davis: February 15, 2008
Irvine: February 19, 2008
Los Angeles: February 22, 2008
Merced: February 15, 2008
Riverside: February 5, 2008
San Diego: January 28, 2008
Santa Barbara: Priority deadline November 7, 2007 for ANTH, ARTHI, ARTST, CLASS, HIST, RENST majors. All other applications due January 17, 2008. Fully qualified students with above majors may apply on January 17 but are encouraged to apply by November 7, 2007
Santa Cruz: Applications accepted on a first-come first-served basis within the application filing period: January 9, 2008 - February 20, 2008
