Study In The Netherlands

Although the Netherlands retains its fabled windmills, canals, cows, and cheese markets, Dutch EAP sites are in lively urban areas with large student populations, offering a broad array of academic and social opportunities. Travel is easy and inexpensive, so all the museums, clubs, and festivals from Amsterdam to Antwerp are accessible. Students may attend sessions of the UN criminal tribunals in The Hague, observe wholesale flower auctions in Aalsmeer (through which the majority of the world’s floral trade passes), or meander the streets of Leiden in search of its “101 Poems on the Walls.” Depending on location, EAP students live with Dutch students or with exchange students from elsewhere in Europe and Asia, making for a uniquely international educational experience. Students may participate in fall, spring, or full academic year programs, in which most or all courses are taught in English.
