Spain: Language and Culture Program, University of Córdoba

Host Institution

University of Córdoba

Highlights

Students participating in this program live and study in one of the oldest and most historically important cities in Spain. Córdoba is particularly appealing during the spring semester when the festival calendar is busy. This language acquisition program combines classroom time with regular social and cultural events in Córdoba and longer weekend excursions. All such activities are incorporated into the curriculum and make it possible to complete the second year of Spanish in one semester. (details)

Duration

Fall semester: early September to mid-December (calendar)
Spring semester: late January to late May (calendar)

Qualified fall students may extend their participation to the EAP Hispanic Studies Program at Carlos III University in Madrid for the spring semester, with advanced planning for visas.
