Faculty Opportunities

The participation of several hundred UC faculty in various aspects of the Education Abroad Program ensures the academic rigor of the opportunities offered.

UC faculty are invited to participate in EAP in many ways:

At the international level:

Serve as an EAP Study Center Director, or Visiting Professor, or Course Instructor

At the university-wide level:

Serve in administrative, advisory, consultative, program development, and review roles
Advise on the development of discipline-related programming
Register with the EAP faculty database

At the campus level:

Serve on an Academic Senate Committee dealing with EAP
Serve as an EAP Campus Director
Serve as an EAP Liaison Officer
Participate in EAP student recruitment, selection, pre-departure preparation, and orientation
Work with Campus EAP Offices on Academic Integration efforts
