Welcome to the EAP Japan Program in Tokyo!

The Tokyo Study Center (UCTSC) has a proud tradition spanning over 40 years in Japan. It is located on the picturesque International Christian University campus in western Tokyo.

We will create an enriching, educational, and safe experience in Japan and coordinate the activities of about more than 150 UC EAP students per year who study at 12 Japanese Host Universities.

If you will be away for 24 hours or more, you must submit this Sign Out Form or provide your travel information (i.e. destinations, departure and return dates, modes of transportation, and contact information) separately to the Study Center. If you wish to leave Japan for a short trip, you will need a Re-entry Permit from the immigration office in Japan. With this permit, you can keep your college student visa status through the duration of your EAP participation in Japan. This information is crucial in case of an emergency.

Before traveling, check with the U.S. Department of State to be sure there are no travel warnings for that region. You are required to abide by the EAP Travel Guidelines (See General Guide, Appendix IV). Check your e-mail regularly while traveling.
