Director's Visits

The Study Centre Director visits each host university twice during the academic year, to enroll students in UC credit for the classes that they are taking in the UK. Dates will be reconfirmed by the Study Centre nearer to the time of the actual visits. All students are allocated individual appointment times. Once you receive confirmation of dates and times (at orientation in London), please write the details in your diary, and bring all necessary forms and documents to the meeting. It is essential that prior to this meeting, all forms (available online) have been filled out describing the courses to be taken (if you need a new triplicate Registration Study List please let the California House office know in advance). For any course in which you are enrolled that is not “currently approved” on the Master Course File, you will need to complete a Course Information Form. If you are experiencing a problem with the time that has been assigned for your meeting, please contact Andrew or Nathalie. While UC students at the same host institution are welcome to accommodate their schedules by "swapping" their appointment times, please inform the Study Centre if you have made these changes.
