Instructions for filling out your Course Approval Request Form (CAR)

You will need to fill out one of these for each course you are taking that (1) is not on the Master Course File (MCF) or (2) has an end date marked in red on the last column of the MCF.  These are also all the courses which you listed on the bottom half of your Registration Study List. 

(1)   Please fill out the fields that I've highlighted in red if they pertain.  You can cut and paste a Course Description from your course's web site.

(2)   E-mail your completed form to me at Pschiffman@UCDavis.edu and use the subject line of "CAR".
