DEVELOPMENT PROCESS FOR NEW PROGRAMS

Program Development team members research the feasibility of new EAP initiatives and manage the process for developing new programs that are comparable to the quality of UC offerings, integrated into UC programs and curricula, and consistent with EAP strategic planning. At each step of the complex development process, the Program Development team works broadly and in close collaboration with prospective host institutions, UC faculty, department advisors and administrators, and EAP personnel in its main office, campus offices, and Study Centers. All new program proposals are reviewed by faculty systemwide and approved by the University Committee on International Education (UCIE), EAP’s academic Senate oversight committee.
