How to send us files via FTP

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the best way to send files or groups of files that are too large for email.

Our FTP site's address is ftp://apps.eap.ucop.edu/smc.

You can access the site with your own FTP software, or your web browser. You can then drag and drop, or cut and paste your files into the browser window, just like you would copy them to a disk or move them around on your own computer.

Our FTP site is password protected. Please email us for the login and password before posting files to our FTP site.

Special Instructions...

Firefox/Netscape users: You must use this longer address instead: ftp://eapftpuser@eap.ucop.edu.

Internet Explorer users: If you get an error page, you need to enable Folder View on your browser. In the "Tools" menu, choose "Internet Options," "Advanced" then check the box for "Enable folder view for FTP sites".
