Powerpoint Presentations

To use or edit Powerpoint files, plan to download them to your computer.  Most of the shows are too large to view in the browser.

The process to download a file is easy, but varies. To use or edit them, typically you can“right click” on the file and “save as” or “save target as” to a directory in your computer. If you do not have a two-button mouse, press the control/command button as you click the link so that your options appear for downloading files. After saving the presentation to your computer, unzip if necessary, then open them from that location.
