Campus EAP Offices may select items up to the budget stipulated per campus or purchase items from the EAP Store for intercampus recharge. Costs are projected based on large volume orders coordinated through Administrative Services. If you purchase an item outside of the EAP Store for which you would like reimbursement, request approval first and then submit this form.
